Annual Meeting 2025

We will vote for lay leaders of our parish, including

• 4 Vestry members,

• 1 Warden,

• 6 parish representatives to Convocation

• 3 delegates to Convention, with 3 alternates to Convention

If you are interested in running for a lay leader position, please speak with Amy Davis.

We will discuss the financial status of the Church, vote upon the budget for 2025, review the immediate and longterm needs of the buildings, and briefly review 2024.

Annual Meetings are focused upon the business of the Parish, that we maintain trust through fiduciary responsibility of the gifts so generously given on behalf of the community, including the labor and gifts of the past that have been handed down to us in our buildings and grounds. By maintaining a presence in our community, we have a place from which to centralize our ministry in the community and gather regularly and be fed by prayer and Sacrament. Thus, our annual meetings are important for all to attend to be aware of the function and needs of our Parish, the people and its facilities.

Careful tending of our grounds

Fall and Spring Clean-ups are vital to keeping our facilities looking beautiful. Various kind parishioners come much more often to tend to specific areas like the Memorial Garden and a few key flower beds. More volunteers are welcome.

Our Main Sanctuary

Our main sanctuary was built in 1955, and the two halls were constructed in 1949. They are aging facilities which we strive to keep protected from weather. Currently, we are working to renew the roof on the sanctuary building as leaks are becoming more problematic. Your continued support will enable us to complete this in 2025.

Our ancestors endeavored through the toil to move and construct the buildings we now use. They paved the way. Let us tend the path!

Roast Beef Dinner - a legacy!

Our facilities enable us to gather folks from the community each year at our Roast Beef Dinner. The generosity and commitment of so many parishioners makes this event a wonderful success!

Songs and Sweets returns!

With the generosity of a wonderfully skilled organist and priest from the diocese of Central Pennsylvania, Songs and Sweets returned in 2024 with a special demonstration themed ‘Halloween in June.’ Thank you Rev. Erb!

Vacation Bible School

Every Summer, Amy Davis organizes a wonderful and immersive experience for all children who come. Volunteers serve our children of the parish and many others who come! It’s a wonderful opportunity to welcome people into the knowledge of the love of God!
